Drop in or become a member to work with our coaches at Free Throwz! Athletes will gain the necessary skills and drills to help them excel in their game.
Skills and Drills Membership up to 10 classes a month :
$150 per month
Drop In Class:
$50 Per Drop-In
Monday - Thursday :
7-10 Year Olds 6:00 - 7:30 PM
11-18 Year Olds 7:30 - 9:00PM
* must reserve spot in class in advance
* class schedule may change
* up to 10 visits per month
* visits do not roll over.
* You have 30 days to use classes starting first day of registering for a membership

Pro Kwame Thompson Skills @ Free Throwz
Every Thursday 2026
Join Professional Basketball player Kwame Thompson for a night of top notch training, he will work on ball-handling, shooting form & the stuff needed to improve your game. Coach Kwame always comes with high energy and will help build a confident player.
Thursdays
2nd/3d Graders-6:00-7:00pm
4th-6th Graders-7:00-8:00pm
7th-High School-8:00-9:00pm
Session fee:
$50 dollars for a training with a pro, Bring a water bottle we have basketballs if needed otherwise bring your own

Free Throwz Friday Night Frenzy @ Free Throwz
We will be running some Friday night fun in the very near future!!!

Grades: 1st-7th Graders welcome
Come join Coach Kwame & Coach Luke for Friday Night Frenzy’s, all the kids will have a great time using the machines, going through skills with top coach’s, Dodgeball games, pizza & drink and much more. Limited to 40 spots, this is the best way to get a night out! Bring friends and have fun
